How much is delivery?

Delivery costs £10 for orders under £100. Orders over £100 qualify for free delivery.

Do I need to be at the delivery address?

Basically yes! It's a large item. The courrier will generally attempt redivery if you are not available. If you prefer to have it sent to a collection point, please contact, I may be able to arrange.

How long does delivery take?

Please allow up to 14 days for your order to arrive.

Can I get faster delivery?

Contact Nic to check if express delivery is possible.

Who handles the delivery?

All deliveries are sent via courier service. DPD is our preferred options, but we occasionally use other carriers too.

What if my order is delayed?
